Returns drug details, pharmacy information, and price quotes from all available
PBM partners for a specific drug at a specific pharmacy location.
Prices are sorted by Price ascending (lowest first).

The PartnerUser and PartnerPassword fields in each price entry are partner
credentials used internally for coupon generation — pass PBAClientName as the
pricingPartner value when calling the coupon endpoints.

Differences from V2 (/marketplace/v2/drug-pricing):

• Drug response includes: Name, SeoName, IsLegalEligible, IsControlledSubstance
• Pharmacy response includes: Distance, Latitude, Longitude
• Price entries include: PBAClientName, PBAClientLogo, PartnerUser, PartnerPassword, FormattedPrice
• Price entries do not include: CustomerSupportNumber, CustomerSupportEmail, PartnerTermsAndConditionsUrl, PartnerMarketingName
