Submit an NCPDP claim for post-edit processing

Receives a base64-encoded B1 or B2 NCPDP response message for the post-edit flow.

  • B1 (Billing): Returns either the B1 response from the funded plan
    or a discount card response (if a discount card is present).

  • B2 (Reversal): Echoes the B2 reversal response back.
